The project accommodates 20 semi-detached contemporary townhouses & 24 apartment for staff of the International School of Kenya. The apartments are accommodated in two low-rise blocks with access to shared common facilities and landscaped gardens. The apartments themselves are generous in size and have been designed for maximum privacy while also allowing in plenty of natural light and ventilation.
